Virtual collaboration workshop experiment
As mentioned briefly in a previous blog, I have been involved as part of a streering group in the development of a global experiment into developing virtual collaborative workshops which will go ahead on May 9th 2009 from 14.00-17.00 GMT. The openspace workshop idea has come from the Change Management toolbook community.

Some useful points mentioned here about faciltating virtual groups. Personally I feel it’s quite liberating being part of virtual teams and meetings, the technologies available today prove valuable, even in regular meetings!
