The slides show some key facts and stats on digital inclusion, a very top level view (and my reactions) to the digital inclusion action plan, and seven ideas of what we could actually do to tackle digital exclusion for some of those people we know fall into the largest groups of excluded people.
I do think some of these shops need a men crèche! Full of gadgets and sky sports… what else?

I think Julian raises some great points here about the Governments over reliance on data and limited engagement with people, focusing on developing relationships.
This over reliance on economic and social research has a hidden danger of missing the expertise found in communities and assuming that the same experts who conduct the studies have to provide the answers!
